Hello, I am Selin Timuçin. As a Professional Coach, Education and Student Coach, I support individuals to discover their potential, to take firm steps towards their goals and to build their own paths. At the same time, as the founding partner of Rasyonel İnsan Kaynakları, I offer strategic human resources solutions to institutions; I support people-oriented transformations for sustainable success.
My main motivation in my work is to reveal the inner desire for change in the person or institution in front of me and to be a reliable companion on this journey. With an inspiring, strategic and development-centered perspective, I work to help both individuals and institutions turn their visions into reality.
The experiences I have gained over the years have shown me one thing is clear: Development is not a destination, it is a journey. There are many stops on this journey, the routes are variable… But if there is courage, awareness and the right guidance, there is no goal that cannot be reached.
